Cascade Granola

2 ounces rolled oats
1 ounce sliced almonds
1 ounce sunflower seeds
1 ounce pumpkin seeds
1 ounce filberts
1 ounce sesame seeds

1 ounce honey
1 ounce vegetable oil
½ ounce brown sugar
1 dash orange extract
1 dash teaspoon almond extract
1 dash vanilla extract
1 pinch of cinnamon

Mix all the dry ingredient in bowl. Bring all the liquid items to a boil, then mix with the dry ingredients for about 3 minutes. Spread out on a sheet pan and bake at 300 ° F until brown. 6 servings.
