Grandma Gutes Killer Pancakes

4 cups oats
1 quart buttermilk
2 cups a-p flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup walnuts, chopped
6 each eggs
6 tablespoons vegetable oil

Soak oats in the buttermilk; add in the eggs and oil

Sift the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda; add the brown sugar & chopped walnuts

Add everything together; cook on the griddle in lots of oil
