TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. (Jan. 8, 2004) Adding a broad range of hospitality industry experience to its management team, Jackson Holes Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa recently added new personnel in four key posts. The Lodge hired Christie Reinhardt as National Sales Manager, Alison Gavitt as Senior Sales Manager, Aireann Beaman as Conference Services and Catering Coordinator, and Jill Romatzick as Human Resource Manager.

In sales, Reinhardt and Gavitt will be responsible for initiating sales strategy, generating all individual and group-related sales for the Lodge, and providing support to meeting and event coordinators. Reinhardt previously worked as Sales Manager at the Alpenhof Lodge, where she oversaw group-related revenues and developed sales incentives for front desk and reservations staff. Before that, she worked as Rooms Director at the Wort Hotel, supervising housekeeping, front office, bellmen, night auditors and concierge staff. Gavitts experience includes six years with Tauck World Discovery, where she managed travelers tours in 11 countries. Gavitt also served as Director of Guest Relations and in rooms division operations Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, The Plaza in New York City.

Beaman will coordinate all group meetings and special events at the Lodge, ensuring proper communication between visiting groups and all hotel departments. She is also responsible for overseeing catering and weddings. Beaman spent the previous eight years in hospitality, most recently serving as Assistant Dining Room Manager and, prior to that, Group Sales Coordinator at the Cedar Breaks Lodge in Brian Head, Utah.

In her role as Human Resource Manager, Romatzick will direct employee recruitment, compensation, relations and incentive programs, and provide administrative support to General Manager Jeff Ward. Previously, Romatzick worked as Operations Director for Binding Brauerei in Norwalk, CT, an import beer company for the second largest brewing group in Germany. There she oversaw sales representatives, hiring, training, benefits and employee incentive plans.

"In the hospitality industry, your personnel and the service they provide is of the utmost importance, so its great to welcome people like Christie, Alison, Aireann and Jill who have such broad experience," said Jeff Ward, general manager of Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa.
