(Feb. 5, 2007) Young adventurers can get feel for the great outdoors accompanied by the whole family with the Young Explorers Package at Jackson Hole’s Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa this summer. From a comfortable suite with a kitchen located less than half a mile from Grand Teton National Park, families can enjoy a naturalist-led hike to view wildlife and get familiar with the local ecology, as well as a whitewater or scenic raft trip on the famed Snake River. For convenience, the package includes breakfast each morning or groceries stocked in the fridge on arrival. The package includes:

• Four nights for a family of four people in a Sundance Junior Suite with a kitchen (package can be tailored for three people or larger families as well).
• Breakfast each morning at the Lodge’s Cascade Grill House or $130 toward in-room grocery delivery stocked in the fridge upon arrival – your choice. (Grocery list can be sent in advance.)
• Half-day naturalist-led hike in the Jackson Hole backcountry on the day of choice with a focus on wildlife viewing and local ecology. Led by Hole Hiking Experience.
• Whitewater or scenic rafting on the Snake River on the day of choice.

For convenience, the Jackson Hole Kid’s Ranch, where other activities for kids can be arranged, is located steps from Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa.

The Young Explorers Package starts at $356.50 per person for a family of four, but can be tailored for families of three and larger families as well. Families can also upgrade to a one-bedroom suite.
