Featuring an amazing 1,200 square feet of space, our fitness center brings the outside in through floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal panoramic views of the Teton Valley and overlook the year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs.

The Solitude Spa fitness center presents you with the finest health and fitness resort amenities. Our extensive array of state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical gliders, stair climbers and rowing machines. Best of all, each of these more than 20 machines comes equipped with its own flat-screen television. You’ll also enjoy free weights and weight machines, indoor and outdoor pools, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

Our rooftop terrace, surrounded by breathtaking alpine views and warmed by bright Rocky Mountain sunshine, includes a year-round 24-person hot tub and an exquisite motion studio, offering yoga and Pilates classes, workshops and scenic inspiration.

We offer weekly yoga group classes. Please check with the spa for a complete list of yoga classes during your stay.

If you are looking for a one-on-one lesson with one of our yoga instructors, we will be happy to arrange a time for you.

Private Group Lesson

If you have four or more members in your party who would like to reserve a yoga lesson, we would be more than happy to organize this service for your group.
