• Our concierge services are complimentary for hotel guests. Our team will book your activities and secure advanced reservations through vetted, preferred local activity vendors.
• To help us create your itinerary, please provide the number of guests in your party (children & adults) as well as your preferred dates and times for each activity.
• Rates for most activities vary depending on the vendor, number of your party, time of year, etc.
• Our more popular activities like skiing, snowmobiling, and winter wildlife safaris may sell out far in advance and may require flexibility of your preferred dates.
• All concierge-booked activities require a minimum 72-hour cancellation prior to your arrival.
