Executive Chef Kevin Humphreys has created a mouthwatering menu of creative dinner favorites at Cascade such as Smoked Phesant Raviolis, Corn Crusted Idaho Trout, Zonker Stout Braised Buffalo Short Ribs, and Chickpea & Goat Cheese Polenta Cakes, in addition to daily specials. Along with entrees, a mix of small and large plates offers something for every appetite and is perfect for sharing. All menu selections are complimented with regionally produced organic produce and just the right blend of seasonings.
