The Cascade menu combines sophisticated, fresh flavors with western style. Chef Kevin Humphreys brilliantly incorporates seasonal local ingredients with free range, hormone free and grass fed game as well as beef and wild seafood. Chef Kevin's creativity extends to the new breakfast, lunch and dinner menus as well.
