Named Best Executive Chef four years running in a local poll, Chef Humphreys' dedication to local and regional food sources, and organic and sustainable farming can be seen in his careful selection of ingredients. Chef has woven distinctive flavors throughout his new menu. Highlights include the Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin, Buffalo Short Ribs braised in Zonker stout, and Nebraska Wagyu Sirloin. Many of the menu selections are gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.
