Joining the team in 2024, John John brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the hospitality industry. With over 20 years in hotel hospitality and 16 of those in Downtown Minneapolis, John has worked with some of the most prestigious brands, including Hilton, Marriott, and Loews Hotels & Co.

Outside of work, John is a dedicated family man, having been married for 21 years with two grown children. He enjoys spending his free time traveling, fishing, camping, kayaking, hiking, and ice fishing.

With over a decade of diverse hospitality experience, Courtney Naylor brings exceptional depth to our catering and conference services team. Her career has spanned iconic destinations and venues—from national parks and ski resorts to golf courses and amusement parks—giving her a well-rounded perspective on guest service and event execution.

Courtney has held key roles with Vail Resorts, Jackson Lake Lodge, and Afton Alps, where she honed her expertise in food and beverage, group services, and event management. Her in-depth understanding of seasonal operations, particularly in the Jackson Hole region, makes her an invaluable resource for clients planning meetings, weddings, or special events.

Known for her attention to detail and calm, personable approach, Courtney is passionate about creating seamless, memorable experiences. When she’s not coordinating events, you’ll find her with a camera in hand, a book nearby, or exploring new destinations.

With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, Jamie Goodchild brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven commitment to exceptional service. In his role as Executive Meeting Manager, Jamie oversees group and catering events with ten rooms or fewer while also providing key administrative support to the sales team.

A familiar face within Noble House, Jamie previously served in a senior sales leadership role from 2012 to 2016. His career includes extensive experience in both operations and sales, most recently as General Manager for Compass 45 Hospitality in Minneapolis, where he successfully opened and managed multiple Hilton and Marriott properties.

Known for his collaborative spirit and leadership, Jamie is a valued team player with a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver memorable guest experiences. Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, grilling, and cheering on Minnesota Gopher football. He and his wife, Shari, love hitting the open road on their Harley Davidsons, and Jamie is a proud father of two adult children—and a new puppy parent to Murphy, his golden retriever.

With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, Debbie Mozumder brings a passion for creating seamless, memorable events to every group she supports. Originally from India and a graduate of hospitality school, she has worked with world-renowned brands including Omni Homestead, Hilton, Montage, Four Seasons, and Amangani—each helping to shape her dedication to personalized service and thoughtful execution.
Debbie has called Jackson home for the past eight years and loves combining her career in hospitality with the outdoor adventures and natural beauty of the Tetons. A self-proclaimed foodie and global flavor explorer, she also enjoys hiking, mountain climbing, and paragliding in her free time. Her unique hobby—collecting coins—reflects her love for culture, history, and meaningful connections. Debbie believes true hospitality lies in crafting moments that leave a lasting impression.

Jordan Mayo joined our Sales Team has over 10 years of experience in hospitality, and each those years servicing Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Jordan brings with him a wealth of knowledge, heart of service, and collaborate spirit. He is focused on earning and maintaining relationships with his clients and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Outside of work, Jordan is fully dedicated to his wife and two pets. He enjoys spending his free time making music, reading, hiking, biking, snowboarding, and fishing.
