Hatha Yoga

Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 9.30-10.30 am.
This class focuses on a range of introductory yoga asanas appropriate for students with no or some prior experience. The class emphasizes correct alignment, balance, mobility, and stress relief suitable for all ages and physical abilities.

Ashtanga “Vinyasa” Fusion:

Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 4-5 pm.
An active practice to greet your day with! Experience elevated mindfulness through continuous movement linked with breath. Glide through a creative sequence that highlights proper alignment, supported with gentle hands-on assists. Move into your day with strength, flexibility, and energy!

Spring Forest Qi Gong (Level 1 & 2)

Friday-Saturday 9.30-10.30 am.

  • Movements Activate Qi: Physical exercises to awaken the vitality of the body.
  • Breathing, Cultivating Qi: A pivotal element to transforming energy and accessing the body’s internal healing intelligence.
  • Mental Focus: Also known as visualization. A pivotal element to powerfully train your mind for directing the Qi.
  • Sound: Using the frequency of vibrations to synchronize or raise our own energy vibration

Aqua Resistance Training

Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 11-12 pm.
This Class is interactive and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Leverage the 3D properties of water with Aqua dumbbells, wrist, and ankle weights! This Is a low to high-impact workout that welcomes the resistance of the water to increase muscle tone, flexibility, range of motion, and strength.
