Elizabeth Eaton - Sales & Catering Coordinator
Elizabeth Eaton joined the Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa sales team in 2015 bringing with her over eight years in retail management and sales experience. Elizabeth grew up in Deep River, Connecticut and graduated from Roger Williams University in 2007. Shortly after graduating she was introduced to the world of retail taking her first position as manager of a chain of high end boutiques spanning from Newport, Rhode Island to the US Virgin Islands. From there she moved to Boston where she took another management position with Anne Fontaine, a French clothing designer. With a strong passion for the outdoors Elizabeth decided to make the move to Jackson Hole and managed local clothing company Stio. Finally deciding to leave the retail environment looking for a new challenge within the world of sales, Elizabeth landed with the Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa group sales department. Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys all of the outdoor activities that Jackson has to offer including skiing, hiking, and biking and sharing those experiences with family and friends.
Nate Dragoo - National Sales Manager
Nate Dragoo is a spirited and enthusiastic individual whose passion and love of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park inspires his everyday work and life. Nate brings over 11 years of hospitality group sales experience to our team. He grew up in Muncie, Indiana and is an alumni of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations. After guiding horseback rides as a wrangler for two summers in Grand Teton National Park, Nate began his career in hospitality sales and marketing with the Grand Teton Lodge Company in Moran, Wyoming and worked with GTLC from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, Nate joined the team at The Wort Hotel in Jackson and managed the group sales market from 2007 to 2011.
Nate joined the Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa sales team in 2011, where he brings together his vast knowledge of the Jackson Hole area and his hospitality group sales experience. In 2013, Nate was promoted to our Senior National Sales Manager position. In his free time, Nate enjoys horseback riding, hiking, water skiing on Jackson Lake, enjoying the wilderness of Grand Teton National Park with his wife and daughter as well as skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Erik Dombroski – Director of Sales
Erik has an extensive background in the hospitality industry. He began his career managing restaurants while attending the University of Florida. In 2003 Erik headed out west to Jackson Hole to begin his hotel career in operations at Snake River Lodge & Spa, a Rock Resort. He then transferred to the Sales & Marketing department as a Conference Services Manager and later was promoted to Sales Manager. In 2008, he joined the team at MetWest Terra Hospitality as Senior Sales Manager overseeing three Jackson Hole resorts. Erik's contributions to the company’s sales efforts earned him a promotion in 2011 to Director of Sales for Topnotch Resort & Spa. His extensive background in operations and promotional path through the sales department did not go unnoticed. Erik was approached in 2012 by Noble House Hotels and Resorts with an amazing opportunity to lead the Sales & Marketing efforts of Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa through a remodel and expansion as the Director of Sales & Marketing. In the fall of 2014, Erik decided it was time to return to Jackson Hole when the perfect opportunity presented itself for him to drive the Sales efforts at Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa and Hotel Terra Jackson Hole.
John Thomas - Director of Catering
John brings over three decades of luxury event experience to his guests, most recently as the Director of Banquets for Four Seasons Jackson Hole and, before that, Four Seasons Scottsdale and Four Seasons Aviara in Carlsbad, CA. He has also worked extensively in food and beverage operations positions with Hilton, Sheraton and Marriott , and has been a part of the opening teams for seven hotels. In his time off John enjoys skiing, hiking, fly fishing and biking, but the biggest enjoyment is spending time with his three children.
Ayla Allen - Catering Manager
Ayla Allenbrings with her, experience and passion for the hospitality industry. Born and raised in Flagstaff, she graduated from Northern Arizona University with her B.S in Business Marketing. She was introduced to the Food and Beverage industry at the age of 15, hosting and bussing tables at her mom’s restaurant. She continued in the industry throughout college, working her way up the ranks to eventually run the front of house operations and coordinate event planning for Flagstaff’s leading and exclusive, Continental Country Club. Among many other things, travel is one of Ayla’s strongest passions. Outside of the office she enjoys the same things that most do here, being outdoors and enjoying what Jackson and the greater Teton area has to offer. Ayla tries to explore a new place every chance she can from powder, to sunshine and everything in between.
DayDay Montesclaros – National Sales Manager
DayDay Montesclaros brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry with her to Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge. After graduating from the University of Georgia, DayDay began her career in hospitality with a front desk position at a boutique property, the Parkway Inn. She spent the next several years working her way up to the Group Sales Manager position there, working exclusively with ski groups and bus tours. Looking to learn and grow, she accepted a position as the National Sales Manager at Snow King Hotel, where she worked with groups needing function space for the first time. In 2015, DayDay brought these years of experience to Hotel Terra Jackson Hole and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, joining the sales team as National Sales Manager. Like many who live in the area, DayDay enjoys spending her free time in the great outdoors, running, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, fishing and floating some of the area’s waterways. When vacation time arrives, she is off to see the world!
